Channing is responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the firm, and for designing policies and programs that make it a great place to work. She wears every hat and drives growth through operational efficiency and innovative cultural management. As part of the senior management team, she contributes to all aspects of the business and every level of management, including: business strategy, organizational development, recruiting and HR, technology implementation, finance, legal, compliance, new business development, and marketing. She joined the team in 2014. In 2019, Channing was recognized by the North Bay Business Journal as a Women in Business winner.
Previously, Channing managed operations and marketing for a corporate consulting firm focused on accountability and culture management training for Fortune 1000 organizations. Channing also worked in operations for an international top ten law firm.
Channing graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics. She is a certified interior designer and certified legal assistant.
In addition to helping build and develop the team, Channing is dedicated to the San Francisco community and local volunteerism. She is a graduate of Leadership San Francisco, an executive training program for community trusteeship, and sits on a number of boards for local charitable organizations. In her free time, you can find her helping friends with interior design projects or discovering new experiences through her travels.
