Cynthia is responsible for developing strategies that deliver on the firm’s mission and guiding principles and enhances the employee and client experience through organization, communication and engagement. She combines over a decade of experience in the financial services industry with life coaching techniques to help advisors build stronger client relationships that lead to meaningful financial plans. She manages relationships with community partners and non-profit organizations, external vendors, and industry leaders and provides direction for all internal and external firm events. She is part of the team that leads cultural integration efforts after mergers and acquisitions and is responsible for creating and training staff on how to deliver a consistent client experience across offices. Cynthia joined Private Ocean in 2009. Previously, as the Manager of Institutional Relationships at Junxure, she was responsible for vetting and managing all integration projects for the firm and coordinated the firm’s annual conference of 250+ financial advisors and staff. Cynthia is the co-author of the forthcoming book, Integrating Culture in Successful RIA Mergers and Acquisitions. Cynthia has a B.A. in English from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys hiking, fly fishing, skiing, cooking and sharing good food with family and friends.
