Lisa Peters, CFP®, CDFA®

Advisor, Principal, Seattle

While people strive for attaining 'financial independence' as an ultimate goal, it is equally remarkable and rewarding to lead an abundant life whatever your financial resources.

Lisa believes that it’s important to embrace all the things you care about—personal and professional. She and her husband are fitness enthusiasts, travelers and musicians, pursuits that, like wealth management, involve a deep understanding of possibilities, a thirst for new knowledge, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions.

Helping individuals and couples plan well has been Lisa’s lifelong career. She seeks to deliver the kind of experience that she would want from an advisor; an intentional focus on what is most important to the client, and a thoughtful, well-researched plan of action that is designed to evolve over time.

Lisa was also an early pioneer in educating the legal community about the financial impact of divorce and in advocating the use of financial expertise during the divorce process. She was a founding partner of Lakeview Financial Group prior to the merger with Private Ocean and has helped many clients recreate their financial, investment, and philanthropic plans following divorce, an inheritance, and other life transitions.
