Sim brings more than ten years of operations and client service experience supporting senior management and financial advisors. In her role as a Senior Client Service Specialist, she works directly with clients to help resolve their needs across wealth management, investment, and tax planning. She has demonstrated success in operations management, customer service, process improvements, quality control, account administration, training and development, and strategic planning. Previously, she worked with MyICON, an RIA in Kirkland, Washington.
