As we monitor the ongoing situation with the COVID-19 virus, we wanted to provide you with an update as we continue to follow our Business Continuity Plan. Rest assured – everyone on our team is available to help you and we do not expect any disruption in service.
Beginning today, Monday, March 16th, we will be following these guidelines.
- All locations will be following an optional Work From Home (WFH) policy. This decision was made in an effort to create more physical distance (“social distancing” as it is being referred to) and limit our potential exposure to the virus.
- Security remains our priority. As we previously mentioned, Private Ocean uses secure, cloud-based technology that ensures our access to tools and systems without interruption.
- We are available to meet virtually. Should you need us, we are available by phone, email and video conferencing. Let us know how we can accommodate you.
These are challenging times, and your Private Ocean team remains committed to serving you. We will be following up later in the week with additional thoughts and commentary on the markets and what steps we are taking on your behalf. We encourage you to contact us with any questions.
